1. Add your listing to the platform free of charge.

Click on "Add listing" button located at the top right of the website. Select the type of space you have, and your space description, photos, and price. Make sure to add some nice photos!

2. Receive reservation requests.

As soon as you receive a request from potential guests, you can accept or refuse it depending on your availability or willingness to host that guest.

3. Welcome your guests.

When it's time for your guests to come, welcome them so that they can use your space.

4. Receive your earnings.

You will automatically receive the reservations amount to your bank account within 24 hours after the guest's departure. Earlier deposits are available for verified eligible accounts. Host will receive the reservation amount minus the SwimByMe 12% Host service fee. 

5. Leave a rating on the platform.

Once your the reservation is over, the Host and Guest may leave a mutual review on the listing sharing the experience.

1. Search and find your dream fun space.

Enter your desired location in the search bar and select the pool you've been dreaming of. You can also contact the owner to ask for more information.

2. Make your reservation.

Reserve the space by selecting a booking date. You will not be charged immediately. For spaces that have Instant Booking enabled you can make a reservation and book at the time, thus immediately securing the space for you.

3. Prepare your arrival.

Once your reservation request has been accepted, you will be able to view the spaces exact address by contacting the Host. All you have to do now is pack your swimsuits or gear!

4. Enjoy the swimming pool or the fun space. 

The day has arrived! Arrive at the Host's place on time so you can take the most advantage of the space made available for you. Enjoy your time with peace of mind. 

5. Leave a rating on the platform.

Once you have left don't forget to leave a review. Feel free to leave an honest review based on the quality of the hospitality you received and the quality of the space.

In the event of rain, SwimByMe allows the Host to accommodate the same reservation for different date. If the Host opts to cancel the reservation, the Host can cancel the reservation due to rain, and the reservation price, minus the SwimByMe Service Fee.

The Host and Guest can rearrange the booking for a new time via the SwimByMe chat. Please note that that it's important to always keep the conversation within the SwimByMe platform.

As always, Guests may cancel any reservation as long as it is within the Host's cancellation policy, and Guests will receive a refund, minus the SwimByMe Service Fee.

According to the CDC (United States Center for Disease Control) Corona virus is not transmittable through water spaces, like pools and hot tubs, due to chemical and temperature interaction in those water spaces. We kindly ask all Guests and Hosts to follow any considerations as per the requirements of the law in your country.
